Lead Superintendent- Healthcare Construction

Manage and oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any challenges. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Prepare and submit project documentation, including daily reports and updates. Lead and mentor on-site construction teams to achieve project goals. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.

A successful Lead Superintendent- Healthcare should have : proven experience in healthcare construction projects within the property industry, strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to work effectively with diverse teams, a results-driven approach with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
