Base pay range
$190,000.00 / yr - $240,000.00 / yr
We’re building world-class AI agents across voice, chat, web, SMS, and email — including AI voice agents, browser agents, back-office agents, and chat agents.
Responsibilities
- Have 1+ years building production AI agents.
- Are full-stack and fast : expert in Python, Next.js, React, Tailwind, Shadcn, AWS.
- Know vector DBs (e.g. Pinecone) and context engineering cold.
- Think like an owner, not an employee — proactive, optimistic, and relentlessly curious.
- Ship production-ready code daily.
- Balanced approach to AI coding. Knows when to vibe code, and when not to. Understands all code that is generated.
- Communicate clearly, make good decisions fast, and care deeply about the product and users.
- Bonus : experience building ML pipelines, small models, or fine-tuning.
