We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Absolut Care of Aurora Park skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy.
• Document patient progress, treatment goals, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers.
