We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and upbeat Title Assistant to join our Oak Forest team and help keep our title operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do :
As part of our operations team, you’ll support our title examiners and processors in all stages of the title process, including :
- Opening new title files and accurately entering order details.
- Monitoring the orders email inbox and responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Preparing and updating CPLs and preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs) with correct title fees and lender information.
- Sending out title orders and coordinating supporting documentation.
- Preparing seller title documents to accompany outgoing orders.
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients, agents, and lenders.
- Assisting with customer relations to ensure a positive client experience.
- Helping cover the front desk and phones as needed — we’re a team that helps one another.
What We’re Looking For :
A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.A quick learner who’s comfortable juggling multiple tasks.Strong attention to detail and organization skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Prior title, lending, or real estate office experience a plus — but we’re willing to train the right person.In-office position (not remote friendly).Why You’ll Love Working Here :
