Position Overview :
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Level 1 Registered Nurse for a government facility. Level 1 RN will provide foundational, direct patient care under the supervision of more experienced nursing staff and in accordance with established protocols. They are responsible for basic patient assessments, administering routine medications and treatments, documenting care activities, and assisting with daily patient needs. Level 1 RNs collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and escalate complex issues to senior staff. This role is ideal for early-career nurses or those with limited experience in acute or specialized care settings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Document patient care in medical records
- Educate patients and families
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
Requirements
Qualifications :
