Zurich North America is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Information Technology Services group working in a hybrid schedule from the Houston, TX office.
Responsibilities :
- Deskside and remote technical support.
- Ticket management within ServiceNow.
- PC deployment and setup.
- Troubleshooting complex IT issues.
- Collaborating and knowledge sharing with a remote team.
Basic qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support are ORHigh School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Desktop Support areaPreferred qualifications :
Strong problem-solving analytical skillsAble to develop and drive initiatives with minimal oversight or guidanceExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsExperience in desktop technical support Incident resolution.Experience in tools like Service now, Active DirectoryExperience in hardware troubleshootingKnowledge Microsoft Config Manager (Previously known as SCCM), Microsoft Intune toolsTech savvy possesses a natural curiosity, problem solving and strong analytical skills.Experience in asset lease deployment coordinationExperience in DEX (Digital employee experience) analysisKnowledge of Windows 10 / 11As an insurance company, Zurich is subject to 18 U.S. Code § 1033.
