ARMA Global / GDIT is seeking an experienced Senior Research Analyst to support mission-critical DoD operations in Tampa, FL. This role demands a versatile researcher and writer who can tackle complex problems across any topic, adapt rapidly to shifting customer priorities, and produce high-quality analytical products under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can examine and test solutions to multifaceted challenges, and excels at briefing findings to diverse audiences.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED :

The Research Analyst Senior must have :

Education : Bachelor's degree in any field (Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent experience

Experience : 5+ years of experience in research, strategic analysis, consulting, intelligence analysis, or related analytical role

Minimum of an active secret security clearance and must be able to obtain a TS / SCI

The likely salary range for this position is $100,300 - $135,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
