Pharmacist

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Pharmacist for their Janesville, WI location.

Responsibilities :

• Performs all functions of pharmaceutical care including medication and IV orders.
• Evaluates for appropriate drug, dose, allergies, interactions, and incompatibilities.
• Monitors levels of therapeutic drugs. Performs and supervises computer data entry related to patient profile.
• Monitors all medication dispensing for accuracy.
• Supervises filling of all prescriptions and provides appropriate patient counseling.
• Collects and analyzes data for process improvement projects.
• Performs in-service to community and support groups.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains professionalism and conducts self as a role model, serving as a resource for all health system partners.
• Maintains practice by ongoing professional literature review, continuing education and self-evaluation.
