ECHO Electric Supply provides sales and support for the wholesale electric supply markets in Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, SW Minnesota, and SE South Dakota along with lighting, generators, heating, and ventilation, industrial and home automation. We offer the electrical solutions to meet any of our customer's commercial, industrial, and residential needs.

Job Description :

Echo Group Inc. has an opening for an inside generator support position. The Inside support associate's primary functions are to provide inside support for Echo outside field techs, assist customers with scheduling, billing, inventory, and call routing. This opening is based out of our Beatrice, Nebraska Generator Division Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide generator division manager and inside service dept. with information needed to allow the service department to assist with final project services such as : startup, testing, routine maintenance service, and repair work.
• Provide as needed updates to sales team for items ordered and still in process.
• Submit required paperwork and reports such as expense reports, quotes, and job status updates in a timely manner.
• Follow up on projects as needed to help ensure completed job is delivered, installed and started up in line with manufactures guidelines.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Provide sales literature and other necessary information to customer.
• Participate in onsite project reviews, open houses, and trade shows as needed.
• Help inform customers of new products and changes to product offering.
• Work closely with outside sales staff and Echo generator division team members
