F-22 Product Support Engineering Manager

The F-22 Product Support Engineering Manager will provide daily oversight of the F-22 PSE team. Responsible for execution of technical support to the fleet, the manager will review technical reports, monitor cost expenditures, ensure quality and accuracy of team activities, and effectively allocate resources. The manager will report to the IFG Senior Manager, providing routine status updates, and engage with Senior Leadership as necessary to support company objectives and champion team performance.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Minimum 5 Years of Military Aircraft Sustainment Experience
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience Leading a Team

Desired Skills :

  • Preferred 10 Years of F-22 Sustainment and / or Engineering Experience
  • Preferred 5 Years of Experience Leading a Team
  • Preferred 5 Years of Experience Executing USG Contracts
  • Familiarity with F-22 FaSTER II Sustainment Contract
  • Familiarity Working with United States Air Force
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

    • Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level : Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.

  • Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
  • Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
  • Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
