Asst Services Manager

Hand & Stone (Anthem AZ) seeks an energetic reliable Asst Services Manager with Hand & Stone experience to assist in managing daily operations lead / mentor service (massage therapists estheticians) & customer care teams (Sales Associates) and ensure exceptional quality. Drive sales customer service and team leadership across all service lines.

Responsibilities : Assist Spa Director oversee all departments (Sales Massage Esthetics) achieve sales goals train / coach service providers & sales monitor inventory ensure excellent service (including advanced treatments & customized plans) handle admin (inventory sales reports) promote services build client relationships maintain spa environment participate in training assist with events meet with management email service teams conduct quarterly evaluations flexible schedule (30-35 hrs / wk incl. 1 weekend day & evening).

Qualifications : 1-2 yrs Hand & Stone sales / customer service service provider (massage / esthetics) strong sales record knowledge of all services / products excellent communication / organization self-motivated leader liability insurance (if applicable) independent / team player flexible schedule. Zenoti experience preferred.

Compensation : $39000.00 - $50000.00 per year
