Duration : 12 Months

Location : San Diego CA (#LI-Hybrid)

Pay Range : $75.00 - $85.00 Per Hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Back End Engineer responsible for creating and maintaining company's website and its components. The ideal candidate will have expertise in server-side languages like Python, Ruby, and Python, be skilled in JavaScript for browser-based functionalities, and have a good grasp of both relational (SQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB). This role demands a proactive approach to stay current with coding languages and technologies, contributing effectively within team environments, and possessing the creativity to solve complex problems under pressure.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and build a robust, scalable, and secure traffic platform that meets customer needs.
  • Work closely with developers, architects, and product managers to understand and deliver on product requirements.
  • Address performance, security, and scalability issues proactively.
  • Develop automated tests and tools for quality assurance.
  • Manage, monitor, and respond to incidents in production systems efficiently.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Strong programming skills in Python, and JavaScript.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL and MongoDB.
  • Proficiency in web server configurations and modifications across technical platforms.

    • Industry Experience :

    Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and familiarity with API management is preferred. Knowledge of Kubernetes and Prometheus is a plus.
