Overview

CTG is seeking to fill an Agile Champion opening for our client in Phoenix, AZ.

Location : Phoenix, AZ or New York, NY

Duration : Ongoing Contract

Duties :

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for two Digital Workplace Scrum teams.

Serve as a servant-leader to enable teams to effectively deliver value through Agile practices.

Shield teams from external interruptions and assist in resolving blockers.

Guide teams in Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework.

Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs and refine priorities.

Track and report on team performance metrics to promote continuous delivery improvements.

Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.

Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and high performance across both teams.

Microsoft Office Suite

Experience :

Proven experience serving as an Agile Champion, Scrum Master, or similar Agile leadership role.

Demonstrated success in supporting multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.

Strong facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies and workshops.

Experience coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and practices.

Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and drive collaborative problem-solving.

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Agile and / or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) highly desirable.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
