Job Title : Technical Writer Job ID : 77891 Location : Glendale, California Overview : Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join their data team, skilled in translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging documentation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with data engineers, data product teams, system reliability engineers, and software developers to create and maintain high-quality documentation that supports our data platform's success. You will play a key role in developing both engineering-focused content covering policies, best practices, and procedures, and user-centered materials that enhance usability, drive user adoption, and support our team's growth in delivering data products and solutions. You will help them to organize and purge documentation in a methodical and efficient manner leveraging tools such as Confluence and other doc repository solutions. What you will be doing :

• Develop comprehensive documentation that adheres to organizational standards, ensuring clarity and accuracy for a wide range of users.
• Gain a deep understanding of data products, services, and technical infrastructure, translating complex information into accessible, user-friendly content.
• Create engaging content that meets the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences, enabling user success through clear guidance.
• Build and maintain a detailed repository of reference materials, including research notes,
• usability studies, and design specifications.
• Assess current content for quality and effectiveness, proposing and implementing innovative methods for continuous improvement.
