Position Number : S99940 & S82940

This position is a Grade : 7 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $39,080 - $46,910 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide sport-specific coaching and training to enhance team performance
• Lead strategic recruitment efforts to attract top-tier student-athletes
• Support student-athlete academic development and success initiatives
• Manage program administration, including scheduling and compliance
• Drive program advancement and community engagement activities
• Ensure adherence to University, Patriot League, and NCAA policies
• Collaborate with head coach on game strategy and team development
