Elevate Air Transportation : Shape the Future of Amazon's Logistics Network

Are you passionate about revolutionizing air transportation? Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in developing innovative solutions that will transform Amazon's middle-mile transportation network and enhance customer experiences. Key job responsibilities include managing comprehensive program activities for fleet transactions, working closely with stakeholders across the organization; developing and implementing strategic roadmaps for Life Limited Parts (LLP) availability and maintenance planning; optimizing vendor relationships and performance through detailed metrics and proactive management; driving process improvements using data-driven insights and technical expertise; coordinating complex fleet acceptance, purchase, and return activities with precision and strategic vision; and traveling domestically and internationally up to 10% - 20% annually.

A day in the life will be filled with strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and technical problem-solving. You'll be at the heart of Amazon Air's fleet management, coordinating critical initiatives that ensure seamless aircraft operations and parts availability.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance requirements
• Proficiency in FAA / EASA certification and documentation processes
• Experience planning maintenance workscopes for engines / APUs

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
