Role Overview

We are seeking a System Administrator with strong experience in OS delivery, infrastructure engineering, and automation. This role is focused on the build and support of Oracle Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu environments, supporting critical infrastructure projects including server and database migrations. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on scripting expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and a background in engineering scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

Oracle Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu build / delivery

Support server, storage, and database migration activities

Assist with root cause analysis for major incidents

Write and maintain scripts in Shell, Perl; 7+ years of experience in Python required

Manage and validate continuous security OS patching

Ensure all solutions align with IT standards and best practices

Support infrastructure engineering initiatives focused on resiliency and transparency

Document and articulate changes to standard build procedures

Deploy and sustain back-tier infrastructure following engineering standards
