Exciting Opportunity for a Glaucoma Specialist Near Annapolis and DC

We’re offering a unique chance to join an established and collegial ophthalmology group that prioritizes autonomy, quality care, and physician leadership. This is an ideal opportunity to step into our thriving practice with an existing strong patient base while enjoying long-term professional stability.

Responsibilities

  • Specialization : Blend of glaucoma and comprehensive ophthalmology (including cataracts).
  • High-Volume Practice : See 30-35 patients daily in the clinic, perform 8-12 surgeries weekly, and 6 laser procedures per session.
  • Surgical Facilities : All surgeries are conducted at a practice-owned ASC conveniently located within the main office.
  • Turnkey Opportunity : Step into a well-established role, replacing a retiring glaucoma specialist.
  • On-Call Rotation : Shared on-call schedule for balanced workload.
