ABOUT THE JOB :

The Operations Systems Manager is a technical role responsible for configuring, enhancing, maintaining and optimizing the Willscot Salesforce platform with a focus on field service operations, routing efficiency and logistics workflow.  This role supports Ops Excellence initiatives and the teams impacted by Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and Field Service Lightning Apps, primarily in the areas of routing automations, process workflows and the ability to meet operational goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

Logistics and Routing Operations

• Support and improve logistics workflows, including pick-up / drop-off (PUDO), route planning, inventory movement, and SLA tracking.
• Collaborate with Ops and Logistics leadership and dispatchers to fine-tune automated scheduling logic for cost-effective and timely field visits.
• Manage skill-based routing, travel time rules, and geolocation settings for optimized truck utilization.
