We're looking for a digital-savvy Account Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at building client trust, and knows how to drive performance across programmatic, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. You'll be the go-to partner for your clients, ensuring campaigns are optimized, results are clear, and opportunities for growth are captured.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Manage the resources allocation of Marketing teams for projects in the US.
Assign teams to new business proposals.
Permanent interaction with the leaders of the different areas
Seek efficiencies to improve the profitability of projects and Marketing areas.
Provide support with profitability analysis and the dedication of Marketing staff in each project.
Oversee project management from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Required Technical Skills :
10 years of experience in areas such as corporate communications, consulting, project management, or resource management.
5 to 7 years in capacity management or project management roles : direct experience in planning and allocating resources (human, financial, technological) in large or complex projects.
Experience in team leadership and client management across different industries.
Knowledge of online project management platforms.
Degree in Corporate or Social Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial or Process Engineering, or an MBA.
A customer-oriented mindset, prioritizing client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
A Strong financial acumen and business knowledge.
Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
Critical and analytical thinking to solve complex problems and provide innovative, creative solutions.
Provide strategic leadership and make data-driven decisions that align with company goals.
