Job Description

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist I to support the growth of our performance-driven affiliate and creator commerce programs. As the newest member of our growing Ecommerce team, you'll play a critical role in managing influencer-driven campaigns, building and engaging our in-house creator affiliate network, and driving measurable performance through content, community, and strategic partnerships.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Influencer, Brand, and Community / Retail to maximize affiliate performance and amplify our presence across creator platforms like LTK, ShopMy, and Collective Voice.

What you'll get to do :

• Affiliate Campaign Management
• Execute and optimize affiliate campaigns across platforms such as LTK, ShopMy, and Collective Voice
• Coordinate seasonal pushes, new product launches, and targeted seeding efforts in partnership with Brand and Influencer teams
• Track and report on campaign performance, including clicks, conversions, and any performance trends
• Creator Network Development
• Support the launch and ongoing growth of our in-house affiliate program
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators to join our affiliate network
• Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with creators to ensure satisfaction, retention, and content performance
• Community Engagement & Retention - Aspire Program
• Develop strategies to activate and incentivize creators through challenges, exclusive content, and program perks
• Surface top-performing creators for brand ambassadorships and paid collaborations
• Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor affiliate and creator metrics to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
• Provide regular reporting on creator performance, trends, and platform insights to internal stakeholders
