Every Associate plays a key role in that missionand for our Pharmacy team that impact begins with precision reliability and teamwork.

Were seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy operations team in preparing and distributing medications that help our member hospitals deliver exceptional patient care.

Why This Role Matters

As a Pharmacy Technician at LeeSar / CSF youll ensure our partner health systems have the medications they needsafely accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly support better patient outcomes across the region.

In this role you will :

  • Replenish and label medication trays using TRAYSAFE equipment and software.
  • Prepare package and deliver medications to member facilities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and restock medications and supplies.
  • Identify and manage expired products for return or disposal.
  • Maintain a clean organized and compliant work environment.
  • Assist pharmacists and pharmacy leadership with daily operational support.

Qualifications

What Were Looking For

Education & Licensing :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Florida Pharmacy Technician License preferred.

    • Skills & Experience :

  • One year of related technician experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

    • Physical & Work Requirements :

  • Ability to lift 3550 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-reliability environment.
  • Must use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
