Responsibilities

Lead hiring, training, and development of a competent team.

Supervise daily operations, including rent collection, screening, and resident retention procedures.

Manage work orders, contractor bids, and vendor performance while ensuring compliance with insurance, lien waivers, and safety procedures.

Review and analyze monthly performance, create variance reports, and initiate annual budgets and forecasts.

Identify market challenges, educate staff, and develop effective marketing plans.

Qualifications

3+ years as a Community Manager with 200+ units.

Excellent problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Strong sales skills and knowledge of operations software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
