LaSalle Network's client, a privately held holding company with a global portfolio of manufacturing, construction, and industrial service businesses, is hiring an experienced OneStream Implementation Consultant to support an ongoing OneStream implementation. This role requires a strong background in Finance and Accounting, as well as hands-on experience with OneStream. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and our implementation partner to ensure a successful deployment and adoption of the OneStream platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a core member of the OneStream implementation team, bringing expertise in both the platform and financial processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the implementation partner to support key phases such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and buildout.
• Provide onsite support in Warrenville, IL, with flexible scheduling; required to be present for critical meetings leading up to project milestones.
• Support UAT and end-user training, ensuring users are confident and capable in the new system.
• Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to resolve configuration issues, validate data, and support parallel close cycles.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing system components, including :
• Metadata
• Data integrations
• Workflows
• Business rules
• Reporting
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide responsive end-user support across the organization.
