Job Description

We are a General Contractor / Construction Manager, seeking an Assistant Project Manager. MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL / CIVIL CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND.

Assistant Project Manager in coordination of project mobilization and construction administration as directed, including but not limited to :

Permit procurement
Utility provider identification
Procore administration
Coordination of site mobilization
Subcontractor sourcing
Schedule maintenance
Project close-out warranties
Inspection administration
Other duties as assigned
