Change Management & Communications Consultant
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Change Management & Communications team at Mercer. This role will be based in Philadelphia, PA and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. As a Change Management & Communications Consultant, you will support clients across industries in change management and employee-facing communications, developing and delivering strategies and materials that articulate client objectives, advance the employee value proposition (EVP), drive behavior change, and increase engagement. You will also manage client projects working with both senior and junior team members maintaining strong internal and external communications, developing timelines, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
