Office Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This position requires an individual who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing various administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize daily office operations and procedures.
  • Answer phone calls and act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and updated.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
