Commercial Underwriting Associate

A company is looking for a Commercial Underwriting Associate to support originations in prescreening, structuring, negotiating, and underwriting transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute the existing underwriting pipeline for Commercial Lending and structured transactions, including financial condition and creditworthiness analyses

Perform complex financial analyses, including modeling and projections

Assist in complex deal negotiations and prepare necessary documentation for credit approval and funding stages

Required Qualifications

Experience in commercial lending or underwriting

Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform financial modeling

Familiarity with credit approval processes and documentation

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Proficiency in standard office software and tools
