Drai’s Supper Club is looking for an ambitious pastry cook to join our growing team!
We are a modern French restaurant in Manhattan Meatpacking District open for dinner on Thursday-Sunday and are looking for an experienced pastry cook to join us for dinner service.
The job includes prep of general pastry items, plating in service, organizing and storing mis en place, and communicating and cooperating with the team to push the pastry program forward. Our chefs are very collaborative and the right candidate would be able to have creative input as we change our desserts seasonally.
Spanish speaking is a plus but not mandatory. Hours are based off the flow of service but expected to be 3pm-11pm
