This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary softwareNegotiate customer and / or client approval of project scope and estimateSchedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsAdditional Responsibilities :
Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammatesPosition Requirements
Valid driver’s licenseHigh school diploma / GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferredAt least 1 year of management and / or supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of industry experienceIICRC certification a preferred but not requiredSkills / Physical Demands / Competencies
