    What You’ll Be Doing :

    As a Sales Representative at KeyGlee, you’ll act as the bridge between motivated sellers and eager investors. You’ll sharpen your negotiation skills, develop long-term client relationships, and play a vital role in closing successful real estate transactions.

  • Negotiate property deals and contract terms with confidence
  • Build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic outreach
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously aim for improvement
  • Contribute to a team culture that celebrates wins and supports growth
  • Work Schedule :

  • Monday - Friday, 7 : 00am - 2 : 30pm
  • Job Requirements :

  • Previous sales experience
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated drive to succeed

  • Pay Structure :

  • 1099 Contractor
  • 2 months of paid training at $750 / week.
  • After training, base pay changes to commission only.
  • High commission potential at 27% per deal.
  • We’ll review the commission structure in full during your interview.
