HealthPro Heritage as a Program Manager / Director of Rehab / Physical Therapist (PT)

MUST BE A LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION

Need : Full-Time (30–40 hours / week, currently lower end)

Locations : Split between Sunrise of Dublin, OH and Sunrise of Polaris, OH

Settings : Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living

Rate : $45–$50 / hr (based on experience) with bonus potential
