Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our State Farm Agent team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive excellent support and guidance. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Respond promptly to policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support.
  • Help educate customers on coverage options and available services.
  • Identify opportunities for referrals and cross-selling to support agency goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.

    • Qualifications

    Washington Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtain within a set timeframe).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking skills.
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
  • Previous customer service or office experience preferred.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay : $21.50-$23.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Plus commission and performance bonus opportunities.
