About the Role :

As a Window Teller, you’ll assist residents with vehicle registration, titling, licensing, and tax payments. You’ll ensure every customer receives clear guidance, timely support, and a positive experience at the counter.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and provide friendly, accurate assistance.
• Process payments by cash, card, or check with precision.
• Maintain secure and accurate financial records.
• Verify identification, documentation, and ownership for authenticity.
• Input data into state systems with strong attention to detail.
• Follow established procedures for fraud prevention and information security.
• Participate in hands-on training and ongoing skill development.

What You Bring :
