Overview
Fusion HCR is supporting our client in hiring a personable proactive Office Coordinator to serve as the cultural heartbeat of a busy Las Vegas office. This role partners closely with the C-suite and cross-functional teams (including Marketing) to keep the office running smoothly plan events and create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
What Youll Do
- Be a culture ambassador : plan birthday celebrations team events and office activities.
- Keep the office and showroom tidy organized and guest-ready at all times.
- Support Marketing and other verticals with admin tasks light scheduling and coordination.
- Own office supplies : track inventory place orders and research new deals / suppliers.
- Coordinate with landlord and vendors; relay / resolve facilities and showroom issues.
- Serve as a friendly point of contact for visitors internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare communications and documents (memos emails reports instructional docs).
- Maintain contact lists; organize calendars and appointments as needed.
- Assist with travel bookings and expense report reconciliation.
- Manage mail / courier logistics : sort distribute ship and coordinate special deliveries.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned.
What You Bring
12 years as an Office Coordinator / Office Admin (or similar).Bubbly positive and approachable demeanor; exceptional customer service mindset.Strong organization time management and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable interfacing with executives.Proficiency with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).Working knowledge of office equipment (printers scanners etc.).Flexibility to adjust hours when urgent office / facilities issues arise.Education : High school diploma required; Associates preferred.Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods seated at a computer / desk.Clear effective phone communication.Regular use of hands for typing / handling office equipment.Ability to perform repetitive motions as required by administrative tasks.Fusion HCR is hiring!
