The Accounting & Administrative Assistant is an essential part of our team, providing support to both the Accounting Department and overall office operations. This role involves managing core bookkeeping activities, assisting with accounts payable and receivable, supporting payroll processes, and maintaining accurate documentation across systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain precise financial records.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll preparation.
• Track expenses, reconcile accounts, and update financial spreadsheets.
• Support project setup, billing documentation, and data entry.
• Provide administrative assistance to accounting, HR, and leadership teams.
• Organize documents, manage reminders, and handle general office tasks.
• Follow up on outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
