Job Functions include but are not limited to :
- Handle customer orders, sales orders and bids via phone, fax or email.
- Provide support to the outside / inside sales team.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Handle pricing issues, communicate and negotiate prices effectively with customers and save customer pricing into Eclipse.
- Prepare quotes to support Outside / Inside Sales, with either direct or indirect client interaction.
- Ensure bid follow-ups
- Assist with resolving customer issues with orders.
- Ensure the backorder que is reviewed and worked on daily.
- Provide consistent communication with warehouse personnel to ensure customer needs are met.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and process new and existing customer leads or current customers with low-activity.
- Maintain an ongoing understanding of industry trends, including monitoring competitors pricing structures to maintain Everflow’s viability in the marketplace.
- Inform customers of any product availability.
- Advise on company information.
- Notify the purchasing and Product Team of any special or unusual orders.
- All other duties assigned.
- Must have experience with NetSuite
Experience :
Plumbing knowledge / experience is a PLUS, customer service in the plumbing / industrial field, sales, price negotiations
