Addictions PMHNP needed for a long term locum tenens assignment in Louisville. The current need is for 2-3 days per week, with the possibility of full-time and / or locum to perm. The ideal candidate will possess a 100-patient Buprenorphine waiver and be available to serve clients in a successful addictions program in Northern Kentucky. KY license and full DEA with 100-patient waiver is a must. EXCELLENT HOURLY RATE AND FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE!!!
