We are a leading Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) specializing in cybersecurity solutions for Hawaii organizations. Our team delivers comprehensive endpoint protection, network security, and compliance solutions to keep our clients' digital assets secure against sophisticated and fast evolving threats.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our sales growth. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and capability of identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Drive all aspects of the Cypac sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

  • Prospect and generate new leads through market research, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations
  • Schedule and conduct initial discovery meetings to understand client needs
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Create and present tailored proposals and quotes
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Ensure smooth handover to implementation teams and manage client onboarding

Requirements

  • Meet with clients, potential clients, potential partners, and attend industry events.
  • Independent thinking, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced business and changing technology environment.
