JOB SUMMARY :
Complete intake and assessments with individuals and / or families in need through face-to-face contact or phone interviews, and coordinate services to help meet those needs. Responsibilities will include direct contact with customers, gathering documentation, data entry, filing, and responding to customer inquiries. In addition, our Intake Specialist is responsible for determining eligibility for basic human needs programs such as energy assistance, housing, and various other programs.
The perfect fit for this position is a person who is non-judgmental, well organized, and has excellent communication skills. Must have a pleasant and friendly approach to all clients, the community, and staff.
WORK SCHEDULE DEMANDS :
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, position unless determined differently by the Vice President.
Some evenings may be required. Due to the nature and responsibility of this work, this individual maintains a flexible schedule, which may go beyond a regular workweek.
May be required to work at any CCAP location.

The environment is a business office environment.
