• Stay hands-on in design work, prototyping, iterating, and refining visuals that demonstrate the platform's creative potential.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, setting standards for visual excellence and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Align creative direction with broader product strategy, brand growth, and organizational objectives.
