Role : Project Owner- Fenergo Expertise

Location : Charlotte, NC

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services , with at least 3 years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst .
  • Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) , KYC / AML processes , and enterprise data ecosystems .
  • Experience working with Fenergo
  • Hands-on exposure to API-based, event-driven, and ETL integrations
  • Familiarity with ODS / data lake / data warehouse concepts and data modeling principles.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data flows into actionable backlog items.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Agile delivery experience using Jira / Confluence .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Financial Crime Compliance (CDD / EDD / AML / Fraud / etc.) and Data Product Management .
  • Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) and Regulatory Reporting systems.
  • Fenergo functional or technical certification.

    • Work Arrangement :

  • Onsite : Charlotte, NC (4 days / week) No remote option.

    • Work Authorization :

  • Open to Citizens, Green Card Holders, H4-EAD, and L2 visa holders.
