Toyota's Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Collision Operations Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate collision training for the Toyota Certified Collision Center (TCCC) program, align with the consultants, and identify efficiencies within the TCCC Certification program. This role is an important part of our team as we continue to expand our collision network, and coordinate with our partner trainers and technical training team.

Reporting to the Collision Operations Manager, the person in this role will support the Collision Operations department's objective to provide analytical and strategic direction to support all Toyota Collision Operation department initiatives. This Team Member will be responsible for TCCC program administrative tasks, have specific project management assignments related to collision training, and opportunity to grow themselves and our company by participating in Integrated Customer Experience activities.

What you'll be doing :

  • Project management and development for TCCC business professional training
  • Oversee TCCC onboarding including dealer daily, staff master, and Toyota Learning Center
  • Coordinate and execute TCCC communications to the field and TCCC network
  • Support Collision Operations department initiatives (Performance Group Meetings, Annual Trainings, Vendor Trainings and Regionals Meetings)

What you bring :

  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience
  • 1-5 years collision operations experience or automotive industry experience
  • Travel up to 25%
  • Added bonus if you have :

  • Experience : Collision Center Experience or Fixed Operations Experience
  • Skills / Hands on Technical proficiency : Tableau and PowerBI
  • Skills / Hands on Technical proficiency : Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
