Duration is NOW until End of December and may have opportunity for full time long term employment.

Hourly pay with monthly bonus

What You Will Do As A Seasonal Recruiting Specialist

100% on the phone

Outbound phone calls to candidates who apply (headsets, dual monitor and laptops provided)

Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions (template provided)

Making job offers, sending background checks

Scheduling new hires for new hire orientation

What You Need To Be Successful As Our Seasonal Recruiting Specialist

Enjoy talking with people

Experience with MS Excel skills

Experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams - 0365

Able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment

Strong organizational & communication skills

Familiarity with online job hunting websites

Passion for People

17 - $19 an hour
