Software Engineer UI & Full Stack Development

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer specializing in UI and Full Stack Development to join one of our global retail clients' teams. This is your chance to contribute to high-impact projects, collaborate with a passionate team, and push the boundaries of user experience. As a UI & Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications used by millions. Youll leverage your expertise in React, Node.js, and MongoDB to create seamless and engaging user experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and contribute to a product that touches lives worldwide. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Emotion CSS. Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and MongoDB. Collaborate with UX / UI designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility. Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on front-end development. Experience with Tailwind CSS, Emotion CSS, or similar styling frameworks. Solid understanding of Node.js and building RESTful APIs. Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js). Familiarity with testing frameworks. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $69.00 to $76.67 an hour.
