We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Project Manager and Scrum Master to join our talented team in Tampa, Florida. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to lead digital marketing projects while facilitating agile processes to drive team success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning and Daily Standups, to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to leadership and stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business owners to define and prioritize project vision and strategy, translating objectives into actionable outcomes.
  • Drive process improvements and champion agile adoption across the organization for enhanced productivity and innovation.

Skills

  • Strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with a structured approach.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with a knack for promoting the value of structured processes.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital marketing project management.
  • Familiarity with Agile at scale frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive strategic growth initiatives.
