Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 4-6+ years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, founder-led, or entrepreneurial environment. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of supporting a Founder, CEO, or thought leader, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and drive execution. Strong project management, communication, and relationship management skills are essential, as is proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adept at prioritizing, and capable of maintaining professionalism and discretion.
