Job Summary :

Responsible for developing information architectures and data models.

Develops detailed functional design and prototypes (e.g., Oracle solution components, YODA).

Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement business requirements.

Work to resolve application issues, designing and implementing system enhancements, and in documenting new user requirements.

Provide input for production related issues; planning, design and execution of data conversion activities.

Act as a liaison between IT and the internal business customer.

Translate business objectives and process into clear definition of IT requirements, culminating in successful delivery.

Qualifications :

Ability to create robust, scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures & produce design documents using UML.

Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and Event Driven Architecture.

Experienced with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Skilled in monitoring, tuning, and improving application and system performance.

Familiarity with automation, deployment pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Technical Certification Bonus : Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
