CIF Bank Operations Processor

Summary : This position plays a vital role in the organizational effectiveness of First Horizon Bank, providing administrative support to all financial centers to ensure a smooth and efficient operational process. Responsibilities : Assists with questions and issues about products, services, discrepancies, and customer information files. Ensures customer records are correct. Ensures cases are resolved properly. Supports the Branches, Back Office, with any DDA CDA or IRA related Questions. We verify and process all Signature Cards, Business Documents and Legal Documents from the Branches and Back Office. We maintenance two Department mailboxes daily Requirements : High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and education / training. Relevant experience preferred but not required. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with a 10-key calculator or number pad. Strong teamwork and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and time constraints. Precise hand / eye coordination Basic keyboarding / typing skills. Excellent communication skills Problem solving skills.
