Document Processor / Data Entry

Overview :

Timely and accurate processing of documents received by mail and / or electronic upload for the SGWS and other departments within established guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Scan all documents received and processed by SGWS and all divisions.
• Index (early archiving) all invoices into a proper workflow.
• Prepare documents for late archiving / scanning for Accounts Payable, Inventory Costing, General Ledger, and Supplier billing departments.
• Operate data capture technology to import digitized documents into the document management system.
• Make corrections to scanned images as required.
• Print and mail Supplier Billing invoices and statements as well as mailing checks.
• Perform filing duties, which may include 'purging' and archiving old documents.
• Maintain electronically transmitted supplier credits / invoices.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
